Our Guarantee - Every precaution has been made to assure that your puppy is in good health at the time of sale.  Some things are beyond our control.  We simply cannot guarantee the size, color, or temperament of your puppy when he/she reaches adulthood.  Puppies are sold as pet quality and for companship.  However, you should have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours (excluding Sundays) of receiving your puppy.  In the event that your vet should find a congenital life threatening illness, have him write an assessment stating the problem.  Immediately return the puppy with the vets statement and registration papers.  After I have spoken to him and/or my vet, your puppy will be replaced or your purchase price of the puppy will be refunded to you.  In case of death an autopsy (at buyers expense) by a license vet is required.  If the puppy should die (beforeo it turns 6 month's old) of a congenital defect the guarantee will still stand as long as the buyer has abided by the guarantee and have proof of the puppy being up to date on its vaccinations and routine health care.  Send a copy of the autopsy and AKC/CKC papers within 3 days of the autopsy for a refund or replacement puppy or the guarantee will be void.  Common problems such as worms, ear mites, and coccidiosis, etc.. are not in the guarantee.  Hypoglycemia is preventable and is not a genetic defect.  If you purchase a small puppy keep Nutri Cal on hand for low blood sugar.  This also does not fall under the guarantee.  You must have your puppy checked by a vet within 48 hours to validate this guarantee.   The seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred once the puppy leaves the sellers possession (vet bills, transportation costs, etc... By purchasing the puppy, the buyer understands and agrees to all the terms of the guarantee.  I hope you will be very happy with your new puppy.
